- A city central booking office, open 7 days a week, operating ticket sales facilities by phone, email, in person, post and online
- Provision of out-of-hours telephone event information
- Fully trained Box Office staff happy to provide an information service for clients events and services
- Free ticket printing (restrictions apply)
- Free bespoke provision of seating/venue plans
- Maintenance of customer database within data-protection legistration and provision of database on request for organisations own storage or as processed mail-shots. We also offer a database management and reporting service to clients for a fee, dependent on size of database
- Free regular sales reports either on request or to a schedule and format agreed with client
- Display space within the Box Office for client's publicity materials and on A-Board
- Leaflet slipping with out-going post and mail-shots, fee negotiable
- Postage of clients promotional materials to customers on request, at cost
