Winner both of BBC Young Musician and BBC Young Composer, Mark Simpson is in demand world-wide both as a virtuoso clarinettist and one of the foremost composers of today.  This programme showcases him in both roles.  He performs Brahms’s two magisterial late clarinet sonatas, some of the composer’s finest chamber music coupled with contemporary works including some of Mark’s own fabulous music
