Practical, compassionate guidance for parenting teens with confidence, connection and calm in a screen-saturated world.

How do we help our teenagers face challenges without feeling overwhelmed? Can we stay connected to them in a world full of noise, pressure and screens? Nicola MacDonald has years of experience supporting families and in this engaging and practical session she’ll unpack the core factors that shape resilience, the vital role of the parent–child bond, and how to become your teen’s “lighthouse parent”: a secure, steady base from which they can grow. There’ll be plenty of actionable strategies -  boosting your listening skills, rebuilding connection after conflict, and guiding teens toward a healthier balance with technology that will help our teens (and ourselves) thrive.
