Cold water, connection and courage come together to create a grassroots movement reshaping men’s wellbeing.

Join us for an inspiring evening exploring the origins, purpose and growing impact of IceBreakers - a grassroots movement founded in Bath, that uses cold water, community and nature to support men’s wellbeing in a simple, accessible and powerful way.

We’re thrilled to be joined by the three founders Arron Collins-Thomas, Tim Bowles and Jack Horner - who will talk about their own experiences, what inspired them to set up the group and what we can all learn from it.

Whether you’re curious about coldwater dipping, interested in men’s wellbeing, or exploring how to be part of the IceBreakers community this evening offers insight, inspiration and a chance to connect.
