Rivals actress Victoria Smurfit,  journalist and author Daisy Buchanan and Kat Brown, founder of the Jilly Cooper book club, lead fangirl tributes to the jolly super creator of some of our favourite bonkbusters!

Jilly Cooper was an author and journalist whose long career brought joy to millions, not least through her romp-filled Rutshire novels. Victoria Smurfit is an Irish actress whose roles include playing Maud O’Hara opposite Aiden Turner in the smash-hit TV series Rivals. Daisy Buchanan is a journalist and author of books including Insatiable, All Grown Up and Read Yourself Happy. Author Kat Brown is the founder of the Jilly Cooper book club.
