In this gently guided writing workshop, you’ll use journaling prompts to explore what wellbeing really means to you. Not the version that’s trending. Or that you’re supposed to have. But the one that you need when you’re feeling too busy, too burnt out, or just too unsure where to begin.

Through a series of writing practices, you’ll explore how to reconnect with your values, your creativity, and your everyday life. This playful interactive workshop will give you the time to tune in, clear space in your mind, and notice what truly supports you so you can begin shaping a wellbeing practice that fits with the life you’re actually living.

You don’t need to be a writer. You just need a notebook, a pen, and an open mind.

Join this writing workshop to create your better way to well.
