Leadership Dialogues is confirmed to return to Bath for its third year in 2026, on Wednesday 1st July. Building upon its core principle of using Leadership as a Force for Good, the event brings together delegates from all walks of life to discuss how we are all leaders in our own way and can apply the five pillars of intentional leadership in many day-to-day situations to help drive positive change. Through individual accountability, this can benefit communities, organisations and society as a whole.

Inspirational speakers already confirmed include: Charles Mindenhall, Co-Founder and CEO of Blenheim Chalcott; Minnie Moll, Chief Executive of the Design Council; Neil Pearse, Managing Partner of McKinsey’s Leadership practice; Deborah Hale MBE, Founder of Start a Fire and former Head of International Marketing for London; Dr Krish Kandiah OBE, Social Entrepreneur and Broadcaster; Joanne Dewar, Fintech social entrepreneur; Victoria Humphries, adventurer and CEO of the Royal Photographic Society; and host Professor Steve Wyatt.

The event serves as a platform to create meaningful connections and insightful discussion, through keynote speeches, talks and interactive workshop sessions. Leadership Dialogues 2026 will be an opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals and become inspired by a collective vision of leadership that puts purpose and integrity at its heart.

For the anticipated 500 delegates, the day is divided between the motivational speeches from leaders who share their own stories, alongside interactive break-out sessions in the afternoon where delegates can connect with their community and, under the expert guidance of workshop facilitators, explore how they might collaborate to achieve greater impact in their own sectors.

Professor Steve Wyatt, Leadership Dialogues founder, entrepreneur and Professor of Leadership at the University of Bath says, “Leadership is hard. Maybe it always has been hard but definitely in this context of hyper-speed, complexity and uncertainty - often polarised views and antagonistic or aggressive media or social media - it’s hard! There’s little point in looking back to the models that have gone before - that time, those events, those ways of operating and all disappeared. And we can’t look to the future either because no-one knows what’s around the corner. So, the best we can do is look to the present, the examples of great leaders in the current situations - what are they achieving and how are they achieving it? Leadership is not a theory, it’s a practice, it’s something that we DO. We need to be decisive and deliberate. That’s why we launched Leadership Dialogues, as an opportunity to hear from great leaders, an opportunity to share your own stories with one another, to find your own ‘tribe’ through break-out groups that are thematically organised giving an opportunity share ideas. We’re building a community of intent - of positive leadership and support.”
