From the sweeping majesty of Vangelis’ Conquest of Paradise and the heart-breaking lyricism of James Horner’s Titanic Suite, to the childlike wonder of John Williams’ Flight to Neverland from Hook, this concert opens with some of the most iconic, emotionally charged film music ever written.

The atmosphere deepens with James Newton Howard’s haunting The Hanging Tree and the rich, earthy rhythms of Christopher Tin’s Waloyo Yamoni.

The evening culminates in the luminous stillness of Matthew Coleridge’s Requiem – a contemporary choral masterpiece of rare beauty.

Performed by the 50-piece Fulltone Orchestra and a 100-strong Fulltone Chorus, this is a large-scale, immersive concert experience – music of cinematic power and intimate beauty, brought to life by massed forces in full voice.

Rooted in the traditional Latin Requiem text yet shaped by a modern, cinematic harmonic language, Coleridge’s Requiem offers a deeply human response to loss, remembrance and hope – music that is consoling, quietly powerful, and profoundly moving.
