Once again there will be a full-length afternoon concert featuring members of BBC Radio 3’s New Generation Artists scheme. The international line-up, from Germany, the Ukraine, Norway and Romania, will play works by Schubert and Schumann alongside Mozart’s delightful 12 Variations for piano on “Ah vous dirais-je Maman”, a work perhaps more familiar as Baa, baa, black sheep! All four musicians will unite for the final piece, Mozart’s Piano Quartet in E flat major K 493.
