Beautifully lush and poignant music from a master violinist

MENURenowned for her ‘dazzling interpretative flair and exemplary technique’ (Classic FM) Jennifer Pike has come a long way since she won the Young Musician of the Year Competition in 2002 at the age of just twelve, collecting awards and plaudits on the way.
Here she will play a programme of works including Mozart and Grieg accompanied by her father, the composer and musician Jeremy Pike. Their programme also includes Clara Schumann’s Andante molto from Three Romances Op 22, this beautifully lush and poignant music, the composer’s last, being a wonderful vehicle for Jennifer Pike’s musical artistry.
