Across the Vast, Eternal Sky

The concert features a mixed programme of much-loved composers Paul Mealor, Ola Gjeilo, Paul Carr, Elgar, and Balfour-Gardiner, plus the UK premiere of Valborg Aulin’s unjustly neglected Pie Jesu Domine. Joined by rising young baritone Florian Störtz, who will sing some of Sibelius’s most beautiful songs, this programme conducted by Gavin Carr will beguile and stimulate with beautiful and calming music to warm the heart.
