Comedian and author David Baddiel’s entertaining adventure stories for young readers have sold over one and a half million copies in the UK and been translated across the globe. David will be in Bath to talk about his latest book (The Boy Who Got) Accidentally Famous which sees Billy Smith’s life turned upside down when a TV crew arrives at Bracket Wood Primary School. As well as talking about his characters, stories and how he writes funny fiction, there will be a chance to ask questions and David might also have some questions for you too!

David Baddiel is a best-selling author and comedian. Since he made his debut into children’s books in 2014, his books have celebrated exceptional success – with sales of over 1.5 million copies and translations into 29 languages. His books have received critical acclaim and won some of children’s books’ highest accolades: including the inaugural Laugh Out Loud Award for The Parent Agency, which has now been developed as a musical.
