Her brilliant new book Bad Drunk: how I found my freedom from alcohol - and you can too has been written with NHS GP Dr Ellie Cannon who joins Millie on stage to share practical, scientific advice alongside Millie's personal experience - what has worked for her, what hasn't, what she has struggled with as well as tips and advice on how to navigate the road ahead.

Entrepreneur, style icon and Made In Chelsea Alumna, Millie Mackintosh, has built an infamous namesake brand connecting with a devoted social community. A passionate advocate for mental health and entering the third year of her sober curious journey, Millie has created a safe space for discussion and sharing resources, helping others interested in exploring an alcohol-free lifestyle. She lives in London with her two daughters and husband.
Dr Ellie Cannon
Dr Ellie is the on-screen GP for Sky News Sunrise appearing weekly and she is now the regular doctor on LBC's Tuesday evening Health Hour. She can also be seen and heard regularly commenting on health matters on ITV news, BBC news and Radio 2's Jeremy Vine Show.
Dr Ellie read medicine at Cambridge University and then completed her clinical training at the Royal Free Hospital, London. She spent five years in hospital medicine, before embarking on a career in General Practice. Ellie combines her clinical and media work with her 'proper job' - being a mum to her two children.
