Come & sing hymns with anthems

Come and sing some congregational favourites, interspersed with some fabulous choral anthems. The hymns will be accompanied by Bath Abbey’s assistant organist Gary Desmond on the newly refurbished organ at St Mary’s Bathwick

Unison, harmony, descants and organ reharmonisations a plenty! Everyone is welcome to join in this fiesta of hymns!

Horizons Choir and the Jane Lilley Singers will lead from the front, bolstering the harmonies and soaring over the top with descants. After singing a couple of congregational blockbusters the choirs will perform an anthem, exploiting the wonderful resonant acoustics of this gorgeous building, while the congregation regain their breath before singing another classic hymn!

The concert will be no longer than 90 minutes without an interval.
