FilmBath: Younger + Q&A

This joyful new documentary follows a group of female athletes in their 60s, 70s and 80s as they prepare to compete in national and international athletics competitions. A powerful antidote to lazy stereotypes around ageing, this film shows how with a supportive community around you, age is no barrier to achieving your personal goals and to living a purposeful life full of adventures and fun.
