Paragon Singers

Paragon Singers is a long-established and acclaimed chamber choir in Bath, specialising in Renaissance, Baroque and contemporary music. 

The choir started life in a flat in the Paragon in 1976 with a tiny group of singers. They currently number about twenty-eight and hugely enjoy being conducted by Sarah Latto. Her energetic and inspiring leadership has led them on some exciting musical adventures, the most memorable being the ‘off-copy’ and dramatised Messiah which they performed in 2022. 

Over the years they have taken their repertoire abroad and have enjoyed some musical exchanges with choirs in Europe. They often organise workshops for choral singers in the area and sometimes run ‘Come and Sing’ events for people who are new to singing.

They are looking forward to celebrating their fiftieth anniversary in 2026. Keep an eye on their website for details
