Bath Box Office provide a bespoke ticketing service to clients across Bath and the surrounding areas, offering professional, personable, and outstanding customer service across a variety of shows and events. We recently relocated to Bath’s largest venue, The Forum, where we continue to deliver the best booking experience possible.
The Coordinator plays a crucial role in the development and promotion of Bath Box Office. Their primary role is providing essential support to the Box Office Manager with the daily operation of the box office and its staff, through the setting up of shows on our ticketing software, Spektrix, through our promoter relationships, and taking a lead on marketing activities. The Box Office Coordinator demonstrates high standards of customer service and will foster a culture of excellence within the team, maximising income from ticket and marketing sales and delivering a professional and efficient service for Bath Box Office.
