Cariad Lloyd is an award-winning podcaster, author and actor. She has been performing improv for over 20 years and regularly works with the Comedy Store Players. She’s also one of the cast of Austentatious - an entirely improvised comedy play, in the style of Jane Austen. Cariad hosts Griefcast, an award-winning podcast which examines the human experience of grief and death. This inspired her book, You Are Not Alone, which became a Times bestseller. As well as writing books, Cariad has script edited for shows on Comedy Central, ITV2 and BBC3.
