MENUOn this emotional and poignant weekend listen to the Abbey choirs give a moving performance of Maurice Duruflé’s much loved and evocative Requiem. Written in 1947, it is one of the most beautiful and comforting works ever written. There will also be music by Elizabethan composers William Byrd ‘Justorum animae’ and Thomas Weelkes ‘When David heard’ as we celebrate their 400th anniversaries.
