There is no readmission after entry.

Tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded or returned unless the event is cancelled.

There is no re-admission after entry. Please plan ahead because once you’re in, you’re in!

Please make sure you have your tickets saved to your iPhone or Android wallet as reception in the area may be intermittent. This will save time when entering the arena and avoid any queues at the box office.

If opting for ticket COLLECTION - collect from Bath Box Office prior (check opening times)
There is NO collection on site.

Tickets are subject to a 10% per ticket fee

PROHIBITED ITEMS

• Seats and chairs of any kind are not permitted into the event. This includes seat sticks and inflatable seats. You are permitted to bring a blanket to sit on, although you may be asked to pack this up when the show starts.
• You are not allowed to bring umbrellas to the Live at Bath Royal Crescent events. As we cannot always rely on British weather, please make sure you have appropriate clothing fit for rain or shine.
• Food and drink bought from outside of the arena is not permitted however there will be a range of delicious food and drink traders inside the arena. Free drinking water is available so please do bring an empty reusable bottle or 1x sealed 500ml plastic water bottles.
• Bags larger than A3 will not be permitted.
• Animals, with the exception of assistance dogs are not permitted.
• No banners, flags or laser pens are permitted.
• No animals, with the exception of registered assistance dogs, are not permitted in the Event.

• The unauthorised use of photographic, video and/or sound recording equipment is prohibited and such items may be confiscated and any tapes or films destroyed.
• Under 14s to be accompanied by an adult 18+

Food & Drink
No food or drink is permitted to be brought into the events (with the exception of water in unopened plastic containers of up to 500ml, and baby food where not in glass containers) but there will be a range of food and drink available to purchase on site.
There will be free drinking water on site.
