The Brandon Hill Chamber Orchestra will be joined by pianist Bobby Chen to perform one of Mozart’s most enchanting Piano Concertos. Reviewed by the The Independent and The Guardian, Malaysian born Bobby was described by International Piano Magazine as: ‘…an armour-clad player of complete technique, a thinking musician, a natural Romantic.’
The programme will feature Haydn’s sixth symphony Le Matin, composed in 1761 shortly after joining the court of Prince Paul II Anton Esterházy who gave Haydn the challenge of composing a work on the theme of three different times of the day.
