Fraser Anderson with Bex Baxter & John Parker (Trio)
A poetic exposé of life's fragility
Chapel Arts Centre
MENUFraser Anderson has released five albums since 2003.
Alongside carving his creative path, he also raised three sons as a full time single dad. Bankruptcy and homelessness were a few times too close for comfort, but he speaks fondly of those hungry years.
His boys were priority but are now grown up enough to allow dad to go on tour, they're also his best friends and biggest fans.
Fraser's partner Bex Baxter opened her heart to take on the role of step parent, and now joins him on stage, in the studio and on writing sessions.
A gifted singer/songwriter in her own right and currently recording her debut album produced by Anderson.
Recent live shows have made it clear.
The waiting game is over.
Fraser Anderson has arrived, and he's on fire.
He's about human connection & vulnerability.
He's about love & vibrating collectively on a higher level.
And then he'll tell a daft story that'll have you in stitches.
Performing his trio show at Chapel Arts with Bex Baxter & John Parker on Double Bass (Ed Sheeran/Nizlopi). The best double bass you've likely ever heard.
